We believe that a workout should not be about training so hard you crawl out of the gym. You will work within your limitations at levels that will allow you to see the most benefit possible. Working with New Level Fitness, the whole point is that your training is bespoke to you.

How I can help you

First we carry out a consultation and assessment, looking at all relevant health and fitness history, body composition analysis (using bodystat analyser) any injuries that could be holding us back, look at nutrition, identifying short term and long term goals, looking to improve:

  • Cardio fitness
  • Strength
  • Muscle imbalances
  • Reduce body fat
  • Increase lean muscle mass

All sessions are carried out in a fully equipped gym with a range of cardio and resistance machines, as well as free weights and benches.


Using a mix of gym equipment and body weight exercises we can create a programme that is functional and bespoke to you and your needs. Any age or fitness levels are welcome, beginners straight through to advanced will be able to benefit from out training programmes!!
