How much does it cost?

If you are looking for a fitness solution based purely on price we may be the wrong fit for you.  We believe in delivering exceptional value, our prices range from £108pm to £599pm. Our semi private personal training model allows us to deliver high quality sessions whilst allowing you save on regular one to one fees.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

Not at all, we have helped people who have struggled to walk up a flight of stairs (who now run 5ks regularly) up to county level and semi professional sports people

How long are training sessions?

We offer 30,45 and 60 minute 1 to 1 sessions, semi private sessions vary.
